When playing paintball it is best to wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty. A great start would be to wear a hoodie, an old pair of blue jeans and maybe a hat or beanie.
Modern paintballs use non-staining food dye for color, but you should make sure to wash any clothes within 1-2 days to prevent any visible marks. For best results hand wash then wash in the normal cycle and air dry.
