WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
All sales at Valken.com are considered final. Valken Sports does not issue cash refunds at any time. Valken Sports provides warranty support and service, as well as paid, out-of-warranty repair service and support for Valken-manufactured products in accordance with all current warranty policies as published by Valken Sports. Warranty length for Valken brand products depends on each product and varies between 7-90 days.
Warranty terms and conditions for Valken branded products are set forth in the Customer Purchase Agreement, with the exception that the following products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for period as follows from the ship date:

All sales at Valken.com are considered final. Valken Sports does not issue cash refunds at any time. Third-party products sold by Valken, Inc. shall be subject to the applicable third-party manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. Valken Sports does not service, repair or provide additional warranty for paintball, airsoft or other products not directly manufactured by Valken Sports and all warranty and service claims for all non-Valken products must be directed to the applicable manufacturer in accordance with their individual warranty and service policies. Always consult the user manual for product warranty and service information from the manufacturer. All support and warranty cases must go directly through the manufacturer.
