All sales at Valken.com are considered final. Valken Sports does not issue cash refunds at any time. Valken Sports provides warranty support and service, as well as paid, out-of-warranty repair service and support for Valken-manufactured products in accordance with all current warranty policies as published by Valken Sports. A Valken representative will determine if a Valken product will be repaired under warranty, or replaced on a case-by-case basis. Valken will only exchange or replace in the case that an item is not deemed repairable. If a product is no longer available Valken may exchange or replace with a model of similar make.
Should a Valken product be found to be in some way defective within the first 30 days after purchase, Valken will repair and return the Valken product to the customer at no charge to the customer if the Valken product was purchased through Valken.com. When purchased through Valken.com, Valken will provide a return shipping label to a customer to return such a product to Valken for repair.
