All sales at Valken.com are considered final. Valken Sports does not issue cash refunds at any time. Valken Sports provides warranty support and service, as well as paid, out-of-warranty repair service and support for Valken-manufactured products in accordance with all current warranty policies as published by Valken Sports.
Valken Sports does not service, repair or provide additional warranty for paintball, airsoft or other products not directly manufactured by Valken Sports and all warranty and service claims for all non-Valken products must be directed to the applicable manufacturer in accordance with their individual warranty and service policies.
If you need to return a Valken product item for warranty, or you need to have an item repaired, please fill out our online Return Authorization Form and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
When sending in a product for repair, all the original parts associated with the product must accompany the product when sending it to the Valken warehouse. If a customer fails to send back all the components of an item, Valken does not guarantee the repair since the entire product and all of its associated parts were not present for the tech to test. The customer will be responsible to pay for all services and parts on any additional repairs. For example, if the customer does not send the magazine with an airsoft gun or magfed marker, the repair will not be guarantied.
