Can someone please tell me the difference between first strikes and paintballs?

  I’ve played a lot of local paintball and I think I’m starting to get this thing figured out, but now I’m thinking of getting more serious about scenario games and I keep hearing people talk about “First Strikes.” A lot of people seem to like them but some players talk about how crazy it is to get shot at by them. What’s the difference between First Strikes and paintballs?

  Paintballs are the std round .68 caliber paintball. The first strikes are half paintball and half tail. The tail helps to make the first strike go farther and not dropping as fast. The FPS is the same.
