Eye protection should be worn at ALL TIMES in order to prevent injury to your eyes. Protecting your mouth and teeth is also a very good idea. You can use something simple like an athletic mouth guard, or something that covers your entire face, such as a metal mesh mask or full paintball mask. Beyond general safety equipment, clothing, tactical gear, or gloves are personal preference. However, full coverage without any exposed skin will allow you the most protection and enjoyment. As you play at your own risk, please play safely!
