What if my airsoft gun breaks?

Due to the nature of airsoft products, warranties typically cover manufacturer defects for a specified length of time from purchase. External damage to airsoft guns is not covered, which includes but not limited to, dropping your gun, getting it wet, leaving it out in the elements, etc. You should also keep all of your receipts/invoices for airsoft purchases until the manufacturer’s stated warranty time expires. Normally, a company will ask for a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase and date purchased. You should also expect to ship the battery used to power the electric gun because this can provide a lot of helpful information to the gun tech that receives the returned gun. Having all these items handy when initiating a call for service under warranty will save you a lot of time and headaches.
