How do I join a team?

  I’ve played all the rec-ball at the local fields I can stand and I think I’m getting pretty good. I usually shoot a bunch of people in every game I play, I’ve got some pretty good gear and I’m looking for a new challenge but I’m not sure how to get started. How do I join a team?
