  I just played paintball for the first time and I loved it. My friends and I had a blast and I can’t wait to go play again, but the goggles they gave me kept fogging. It wasn’t a big deal at first but it’s hard to shoot my friends when I can barely see to keep from walking into a tree, and when I tried to pull them off my face to let some air in, the refs yelled at me! What should I do to keep my goggle lens from fogging?

  So the best thing is to invest in a thermal lens mask. But I've used a few different things like Fogbuster anti-fog wipes and tried leader lens cleaner anti-fog spray. I got them on Valken.com. Give it a try.
